What we look for
To keep the directory trustworthy, every submission is reviewed before publication. We prioritize entries that meet at least one of the following:
- The product or service publicly offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), with a link to confirm it.
- It is an official or authoritative resource (for example, an HHS, OCR, ONC, or NIST page).
- It clearly serves a genuine HIPAA-compliance need within one of our nine categories.
